Governed AI agents

Multiple AI models work toward your goals — inside limits you approve, with evidence for every result.

01Three realities

Why automation, why now.

Automation has left the "should we consider it" phase. Adopters and non-adopters are now sharply divided — for three reasons, unavoidable regardless of industry or geography.

01 — Labor

Labor is not coming back.

Japan's working-age population will shrink by another 5.9 million by 2030; Vietnam loses skilled workers to tech & services; Singapore faces chronic shortage.Source: FACTS §G-2 (ECOISM AI reference).

"Hiring more people" is no longer a viable answer. That era has ended.
02 — Language

The language barrier can't be scaled by people alone.

JP HQ → VN field, English client inquiries, Vietnamese messages — translation errors and delays lose contracts and trust.Source: FACTS §G-2.

Real-time JP/VI/EN cross-translation with summaries is operational, not theoretical.
03 — Decision

AI-adopters are building invisible advantages.

Automated firms handle 3–5× the customer volume with the same headcount; executives shift from 90% gathering / 10% deciding to the reverse.Source: FACTS §G-2.

By the time you notice the gap, it is already too late.
Diagnostic

How many apply to your business?

"If 3 or more apply, your company is already in position to maximize the impact of automation."

Hidden operating costs — diagnostic checklist

Tick what's true. 0 of 10 selected.

Delayed responses cost us opportunities we didn't even notice.
Translating Vietnamese or English messages consumes hours daily.
Field reports take days to reach management.
Staff spend mornings assembling reports and charts by hand.
Checking international emails consumes entire mornings.
Operations stall when specific people (translators, admins) are absent.
Hiring admin/technical staff gets harder and costlier every year.
We risk losing institutional knowledge when senior staff retire.
We lose customers in other time zones — no 24/7 coverage.
Critical numbers take days to compile — we lose decision-speed races.
02Orchestration

HONZIN 本陣 — "the commander's field headquarters"

AI agents that work under your authority.

Most AI tools answer a prompt and stop. HONZIN is our governed AI agent orchestration platform: you state the goal and the conditions for "done", several AI models plan and carry out the work, and nothing counts as finished until it is checked against your original purpose. It runs our own operations every day — it is not a demo.

State the goalPurpose and completion criteria, in your own words.
ConsultSeveral AI models propose approaches in parallel.
Approve the scopeYou sign off the limits: what, how many calls, how long.
ExecuteAgents design and run the work inside an isolated sandbox.
VerifyResults are checked against the original goal, with sources.
AcceptYou review the evidence and accept — or send it back.

Gold steps are always a human decision. The AI cannot skip them.

Goal-driven

Goals and completion criteria, not prompts.

Every job hangs on a goal tree with explicit conditions for "done". Your original request is stored separately from anything the AI later writes, so the target cannot quietly drift.

Authority by mechanism

AI proposes. People decide.

A decision-authority table is enforced in code, not by instructions to the model. Agents may draft, propose and submit evidence-backed updates. Decisions, production changes and outbound messages stay with a person.

Multi-model

A roundtable of frontier models.

Three leading model families sit side by side, give independent recommendations, and can review each other's output. Choose the model per task; if one provider is down or rate-limited, work is handed over — once, and never around a permission or business decision.

Evidence, not self-report

A model saying "done" is not proof.

HONZIN never trusts a model's own status. Updates need evidence — a file, a URL, or a value with its condition — and exact source statements and reproducible calculations are verified by machine.

Bounded autonomy

Autonomous, inside a contract you approve.

Confirm three points and HONZIN designs and carries out the work itself — capped by call count and run time. Code runs in a sandbox with no network, no secrets and no access to production systems.

Company memory

Agents that find your documents.

Agents search and read the company's document store on their own, strictly within existing permissions. Restricted categories are excluded at the index itself — not merely hidden by a filter. Mail, attachments and notifications feed the same workspace.

Typical AI assistant or agent tool

  • One model, one vendor
  • Works from a prompt; "done" is whatever the model says
  • Guardrails written as instructions the model may ignore
  • History lives in a chat window

HONZIN

  • Several model families, selectable and interchangeable
  • Works from goals; acceptance is checked against your original purpose
  • Authority, scope and sandbox enforced by the system itself
  • Every case, decision, artefact and recovery step kept in one ledger

03The flagship

Not a pilot. A platform, in production.

Beyond four small automations, ECOISM runs a full construction-DX platform — live in production on a Hanoi infrastructure megaproject. Paper RFIs and re-keying across five documents became one integrated system.

Architecture

One platform, not 30 subscriptions.

Instead of contracting thirty separate SaaS tools, a central gateway handles authentication, permissions and multilingual access — then radiates to every service, with data shared between them. HONZIN sits on the same gateway, so AI agents inherit exactly the permissions a person already has — never more.

RFI & documents Field reports + photos S-curve / cash flow Procurement Translation Expense OCR Calc & engineering Minutes & search Gateway auth · roles · VI/JA/EN + HONZIN orchestration

A single project master is the source of truth — budget-vs-actual, cash flow and the S-curve move together, so numbers never drift between tools.

05Transparent pricing

One-sixth the price, six times the clarity.

For an equivalent build (S-Curve Full ≈ 9 scenarios / 38 modules). Based on published industry rates — so you can verify our transparency yourself.

Type A — Major integration vendorS$5,000 setup + per-usage · closed platform
S$14,300
Type B — Scenario chatbotS$1,500 setup · tends to lock-in
S$6,340
ECOISMzero setup · infrastructure at cost · margin 0
S$2,800
Reference price = S$100 × scenarios + S$50 × modules. The build above = 9 scenarios + 38 modules = S$2,800. Check it yourself.
Four principles

Not just cheaper — thoughtfully engineered.

01 · Infrastructure at cost

You contract each underlying provider directly and pay their actual cost — we add zero middleware margin. Ever.

02 · Transparent unit pricing

A simple formula — S$100 × scenarios + S$50 × modules. You can calculate and verify it yourself.

03 · Reference prices

Pre-contract figures are reference prices, confirmed at contract on your actual requirements — flexibility on your side.

04 · No vendor lock-in — the difference

Every scenario exports as a Blueprint (JSON), portable to other automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Power Automate). Your data and logic remain your assets — even after any contract ends.

How we build & protect

Method, security, portability.

Method

Requirements → scenarios → modules

We scope the highest-value workflow, design it as scenarios, and build from priced modules — so cost maps directly to what you get.

Security

Not used for training · encrypted

Data via the model API is not used for training; traffic is TLS-encrypted; keys held in encrypted connections. Your business data stays with providers you contract directly. Under HONZIN, agents run without credentials, and releases require recorded source history with one-command rollback.

Portability

Your logic, exportable

Blueprints export as JSON and migrate to other platforms — no hostage situation, today or after any contract.

FAQ

The questions you're right to ask.

What is a "reference price"?
A pre-contract estimate. After a discovery call we calculate final pricing from your specific requirements (scenarios, modules, languages) and formalise it in the contract. Reference prices may adjust for exchange rates or provider price changes.
Why do you refuse to mark up infrastructure?
Transparency is central to our model. You contract directly with each provider and pay their actual rates — so even after ending your relationship with us, you keep using the services independently. No disruption, no hostage situation.
Can we take the consultation without committing?
Absolutely. The initial consultation is free, and declining after review carries zero cost. Decide on the actual numbers and plan we present.
Aren't you too dependent on one platform?
Our design principle is explicit: no vendor lock-in. Scenarios export as Blueprint (JSON) and migrate to other automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Power Automate). Your data and logic remain your assets — unlike closed proprietary platforms.
How is HONZIN different from a chatbot or an "AI agent" tool?
A chatbot answers a prompt. HONZIN manages work: it holds the goal and completion criteria, lets several AI models propose and execute, verifies the result against your original purpose, and keeps every case, decision and artefact in one ledger. Limits on what the AI may do are enforced by the system — not by asking the model to behave.
Can the AI change production systems or send messages on its own?
No. In the autonomous path, agents work on documents and analysis inside an isolated sandbox with no network, no secrets and no production access. Production changes and outbound communication require a person. If costs or results are unknown, HONZIN records them as unknown rather than guessing.
What happens if an AI provider goes down mid-task?
If you allowed it when sending the job, HONZIN hands the work to another model after a pre-handover check — once. It never retries automatically around a permission, authentication or business-decision stop. Interrupted work is recovered from saved evidence, without calling a model again.
Is customer and business data secure?
Your business data resides with providers you contract directly — not on our servers. Data processed via the model API is not used for training and is TLS-encrypted. We comply with Singapore PDPA, Japan's APPI, Vietnam's Decree 13 and GDPR. DPAs are available on request.
Can we add or modify scenarios after launch?
Yes — at the same transparent formula (S$100 / scenario + S$50 / module). Additions and modifications are quoted on the same per-module basis.

Build the structure that survives the next 5 years.

Initial consultation is free · quote in 1–3 days · decline at zero cost. HONZIN orchestration is scoped per engagement.
The other two costs

Same discipline, different demand.
